About Chardon

Chardon Physical Therapy was established in 2020 by Dave Nelson. Our goal is to help clients efficiently manage pain so they can get back to the outdoor activities they love. Dave saw an opportunity to provide better outcomes for his clients compared to traditional therapy.

The team considers patients busy lifestyles as the two main factors. First, we offer convenient treatment times. Second, we are located in Everybodies Gym about ½ mile from Chardon Square. Above all, Chardon PT values serving in a community where it means something to be hardworking and have a deep love for the outdoors. Whether that love for the outdoors is standing in line at King Kone or taking a hike through Big Creek Park.

Our team specializes in a few sports, such as golf and horseback riding, as well as having general physical therapy knowledge. In conclusion, we provide specialized physical therapy to get you back to doing the activities you love!
